Obras y Contratas Sayalonga (OCS) is an Estate Agents and Construction Company with offices in the Andalusian white
villages of Sayalonga and El Morche, to the east of Málaga on the Costa del Sol. The company was founded in
1998 by Eduardo Requena Sánchez, an experienced builder from Sayalonga, and currently has over 20 employees.
Sayalonga is situated 15 minutes drive from the coast, nestling in the foothills of the breathtaking Sierra Almijara. El Morche is situated right on the Mediterranean coast, between Torre del Mar and Nerja. We are a local company dedicated to the construction (please click here) of individually-designed luxury villas and the sale of coastal apartments, village houses, country farmhouses, chalets, villas and plots of land. Our zone of operations includes the whole of the area known as “La Axarquía”: Sayalonga, Cómpeta, Canillas de Albaida, Arenas, Archez, Corumbela, Salares, Sedella etc and the Mediterranean coast east of the provincial capital, Málaga, as far as Nerja. We are well known for our honesty, professionalism and the quality of our building work.
